Ask and you shall receive. Keep on adding your requests to the backlog and we’ll get to them one by one. Need something bumped up the list or have an urgent requirement? Just let us know
Members are given access to a Trello board where you're free to submit design requests.
Because each and every request is different, it's hard to guarantee anything but a general rule of thumb we follow is two business days for a typical request.
A typical request could be a landing page or logo. A non-typical request could extend out from there, which could be a request for multiple landing pages, a robust application architecture, etc. In this case, we'll break your project down into milestones and you may receive multiple deliveries until the request is complete.
Figma is our go-to, but were also trained in Sketch and the full Adobe Suite.
Not a problem! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Never. You can cancel at any time. We are flexible and understand you may not have a consistent need for designs every single month.
All support is done through your Trello board. Simply send us a message and we will work together on finding a solution.
